AI Ethics & Data Principles
At Scalerify Management LLC, we believe that AI-assisted services are only as trustworthy as the principles behind them. This page describes how we handle data, source competitive intelligence, and maintain transparency throughout the AI-Native Listing Rebuild service. These are not aspirational statements — they are the operational constraints we work within on every engagement.
01 Clean Data Only
Our competitive analysis is conducted by manually reading competitor product pages on Amazon. We do not use automated scrapers, unauthorized data feeds, or third-party data brokers to collect competitor intelligence.
Client-side analysis uses only the first-party data exports you provide directly from your own Seller Central account (Search Query Performance, Business Reports, Search Term Reports). You remain in full control of what data you share with us.
02 No Account Access Required
We do not request, require, or accept login credentials for your Amazon Seller Central account or any other platform. We never act within your account on your behalf as part of this service.
All deliverables are documents you implement yourself. Optional supervised implementation is available as an add-on and is conducted by you with our guidance — not by us with your credentials.
Protecting your account is the point. An Amazon suspension would cost you far more than any listing optimization is worth. We are not willing to create that risk.
03 No Fabricated Claims
Every claim in a rebuilt listing is derived from facts, specifications, and certifications you supply and attest to. We do not invent performance claims, infer ingredient amounts, or extrapolate certifications you have not confirmed.
In regulated categories — supplements, food, health, beauty — factual accuracy is a legal requirement, not a preference. You attest to the accuracy of every product fact before we write from it.
The same principle applies to our own marketing: we do not publish client results, testimonials, or performance statistics we cannot verify.
04 Transparent Measurement
The AI-Native Readiness Score is a deterministic, checklist-based score (/100) that we control and can define precisely. It covers: title noun-phrase structure, bullet format, attribute completeness, FAQ depth, and text/image consistency.
We publish exactly what the score measures so you can verify it independently. You see your before score and your after score with the full scoring breakdown.
We do not claim to measure, predict, or influence Amazon's proprietary ranking algorithm, Alexa for Shopping's recommendation logic, or any external AI assistant's outputs. These systems are outside our control and we say so plainly.
05 Amazon Surface Only
This service optimizes your listing for Amazon's on-platform AI shopping assistant. We do not make representations about visibility in external assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google) because those systems ingest data from fundamentally different pipelines and we cannot optimize for them as part of this service.
We tell you what we can measure, what we can influence, and what we cannot. That boundary is the foundation of a trustworthy service relationship.
06 Data Minimization & Confidentiality
We collect only the data necessary to deliver your service. Your product data, competitive positioning, and business metrics are treated as confidential and are not shared with other clients or used for any purpose other than delivering your engagement.
Case study data (before/after Readiness Scores) may be shared in anonymized form with your explicit consent, as described in our Terms of Service.
