01 No Guarantee of Rankings, Sales, or AI Recommendations

Amazon's ranking, recommendation, and AI systems are controlled by Amazon alone. Scalerify Management LLC makes no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, conversion rates, sales or revenue figures, or any live level of AI recommendation. Results depend on product category, competition, pricing, fulfillment metrics, seasonality, and algorithm changes entirely beyond our control. Any figures cited on this site — including our own research findings (e.g., Recommendation Share statistics measured across products and niches) — are research observations or historical measurements, not promises of results. Your results will differ.

02 What We Guarantee: The Work Itself

Our guarantees cover the work product, never marketplace outcomes:

• Embedded Sprint: if the rebuild does not measurably improve how your listing reads as evidence to Amazon's AI, assessed against our published diagnostic checklist criteria (title, bullets, attributes, FAQ, consistency), we rework it or refund the fee for that deliverable. Clients receive 14 days of unlimited revisions after delivery.
• Ongoing work: we guarantee that the work is performed — the agreed systems are built, weekly supervision happens, and monthly reporting arrives. We guarantee no revenue figure, no ranking, and no level of AI recommendation. After the 90-day minimum term, the retainer can be cancelled monthly.

03 Amazon Surfaces Only

Our services optimize for Amazon's native AI shopping surfaces on the Amazon US marketplace only. We make no representations regarding your visibility in external AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity, which operate on separate data systems outside the scope of our work.

04 Automated & Agentic Systems

Where an engagement deploys agentic software, it surfaces recommendations and, only within guardrails you approve in writing (budgets, price floors and ceilings, scope limits), may execute operational actions such as PPC bid adjustments or price changes. Automation is supervised by a human on a weekly cadence, and you retain final authority over your account at all times, including the right to suspend automation. We are not responsible for the marketplace consequences of automated actions executed within the guardrails you approved, for outcomes caused by inaccurate data you supplied, or for conflicts created by manual changes made outside the agreed process.

05 AI-Assisted Content & Client Attestation

Deliverables are produced with the assistance of AI systems and are reviewed by a human before delivery. All listing content is drafted from facts you supply and verify. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and substantiation of every product claim you publish. We are not responsible for claims you cannot substantiate — particularly in regulated categories such as supplements, health, beauty, and food, where you should obtain independent legal or regulatory review before publishing.

06 Third-Party Platform Risks

We are not liable for account suspensions, listing suppressions, or losses caused by Amazon policy changes or enforcement after delivery, by implementation errors, or by Amazon's editorial decisions. Where delegated account access is used, it operates exclusively through Amazon's official permission mechanisms — never password sharing — under the conditions set out in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.
