02 The Only Guaranteed Outcome: AI-Native Readiness Score

The sole outcome we guarantee is an improvement of at least 40 points on your AI-Native Readiness Score — a transparent, checklist-based score (/100) covering title structure, bullet format, attribute completeness, FAQ depth, and text/image consistency.

If your Readiness Score does not improve by at least 40 points upon delivery, we will continue working at no additional charge until it does. You also receive unlimited revisions for 14 days after delivery.

This guarantee applies to the Readiness Score only. It does not imply or guarantee any improvement in rankings, traffic, or revenue.

03 Amazon Surface Only

This service optimizes your listing for Amazon's on-platform AI shopping assistant (Alexa for Shopping). It does not address, and we make no representations regarding, visibility in external AI assistants or search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google. Those platforms operate on entirely different data pipelines outside our scope.

04 Client Attestation & Factual Accuracy

All listing content produced by the Company is drafted exclusively from facts, specifications, certifications, and claims supplied and attested to by you, the Client. You warrant that all product information you provide is accurate and substantiated.

The Company is not responsible for claims you cannot substantiate, including but not limited to dosages, ingredients, certifications, or performance claims. In regulated categories (supplements, health, beauty, food), factual accuracy is your legal responsibility.

05 Third-Party Platform Risks

Our deliverables are designed to comply with Amazon's published listing policies at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for account suspensions, listing suppressions, financial losses, or other adverse outcomes resulting from:

• Changes to Amazon's Terms of Service, listing requirements, or category policies after delivery.
• Errors introduced during your implementation of the delivered assets into Seller Central.
• Amazon's editorial review or algorithmic decisions applied to your listing post-delivery.
