Application Data:

Information you submit via the application form: name, business email, brand name, product category, Amazon storefront or ASIN URL, approximate annual revenue, and free-text descriptions of your product and challenges.

First-Party Amazon Data:

Data exports you choose to provide from your own Seller Central account (e.g., Search Query Performance, Business Reports, Search Term Reports). You provide these directly — we do not access your Amazon account or use any API connection to retrieve them.

Product Information:

Specifications, ingredient lists, certifications, and other product facts you supply for the purpose of drafting listing content.

Analytics Data:

Aggregated, anonymized website usage data via Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you provide explicit consent via the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymized.

Communications:

Email correspondence related to your project.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

Service Delivery:

To conduct the Competitive Angle Analysis, calculate your AI-Native Readiness Score, and produce the listing deliverables included in your package.

Communication:

To respond to your application, schedule calls, and deliver completed work.

Quality & Improvement:

To improve the accuracy of our Readiness Score methodology using anonymized, aggregated data. No client-identifiable data is used for this purpose without explicit written consent.

Legal Compliance:

To meet our obligations under applicable law and enforce these Terms.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Services.

03 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers:

With trusted third-party providers strictly necessary to operate the Services: our form submission provider (Formspree or equivalent), email provider, and cloud storage. All are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Analytics:

Aggregated, anonymized usage data with Google Analytics 4 (consent required). No personal or business data is shared with Google.

Legal Requirements:

When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Scalerify Management LLC or others.

04 Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. Access to client project files is restricted to personnel directly involved in delivering your service.

No account credentials or Amazon Seller Central login information are ever requested or stored.

05 Data Retention

We retain your project data (application information, data exports, and delivered content) for up to 12 months following completion of your service, to support the revision period and any follow-on questions. After this period, project data is securely deleted unless legal obligations require otherwise or you request earlier deletion.

06 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal and business data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner.
• Request that we stop using your data for methodology improvement purposes.
• Receive a copy of the data we hold about you in a portable format.

07 International Users (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. We do not sell personal data. We process personal data on the legal basis of contract performance (to deliver the service you requested) and legitimate interest (website analytics, with consent).

For GDPR data transfer purposes: data may be processed in the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards where required.

08 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will notify active clients of significant changes via the email associated with their service engagement. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
