This Cookie Policy explains how agenticfba.com (the "Site") uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We keep it short because we keep our cookie use minimal: no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no analytics without your consent.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be "first-party" (set by the Site) or "third-party" (set by another domain), and "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (retained for a set period). (a) Strictly necessary. A small number of first-party cookies are required for the Site to function — including the cookie that records your consent choice so we don't ask you on every page. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

(b) Analytics (consent-gated). With your explicit consent only, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated, anonymized Site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). IP addresses are anonymized. GA4 is not loaded at all until you click "Accept" in the banner — declining or ignoring the banner means no analytics cookies are set.

(c) What we do not use. No advertising or retargeting cookies, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no sale or sharing of personal data collected via cookies.
03 Your Choices
Cookie banner. On your first visit, the banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.
Changing your mind. You can withdraw or update your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the Site footer (or by clearing the Site's cookies in your browser, which will make the banner reappear).
Browser controls. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect basic Site functions such as remembering your consent choice.
Google opt-out. You can additionally prevent GA4 data collection across all websites via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
04 Legal Basis
For visitors in the EEA and UK, analytics cookies are set only on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules); strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in operating the Site. For California residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information collected through cookies within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.
05 Third Parties
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (United States) under its own terms. We share no personal or business data with Google beyond the anonymized usage data described above. Details on international transfers and safeguards are in our Privacy Policy.
06 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if our cookie use changes — for example, if a new tool is added. The date at the top reflects the current version; a materially expanded cookie use would trigger a fresh consent request via the banner.
