Amazon AI Mastery — Course Terms & Earnings Disclaimer

01 What the Course Is

Amazon AI Mastery is an educational program (currently nine modules, 20+ hours of content, plus live workshops) teaching strategies for optimizing Amazon listings and operations for AI-driven search and recommendations. The Course is education, not a done-for-you service: we do not audit, rebuild, or manage your listings or account as part of the Course, and no individual consulting is included unless expressly stated in the offer you purchased.

02 Enrollment, Price & Payment

The price is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Prices may change for future enrollments without affecting purchases already completed. Any promotional or founding-cohort pricing applies only to the enrollment period stated in the offer. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

03 Access & License

Lifetime access. Your enrollment includes access to the Course content, including future updates to that content, for the commercial life of the Course — meaning for as long as the Company continues to offer and host it. If we ever discontinue the Course, we will give at least ninety (90) days' notice and make the then-current downloadable materials available to you.

Live workshops are scheduled sessions; recordings are added to the Course area when a session is recorded. Attendance at any particular live session is not guaranteed and missed live sessions are not refundable.

License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Course for your own business education. One enrollment = one person. You may use the templates and frameworks in your own business, including for client work you perform personally.

04 Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of the Course content (as measured by our course platform's progress tracking). After 14 days, or once 30% or more of the content has been accessed, the sale is final and no refund is available. To request a refund, contact us via agenticfba.com/contact with your purchase email; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within ten (10) business days. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law. Initiating a chargeback for a purchase that is non-refundable under this policy is a breach of these Terms.

05 Intellectual Property & Sharing

The Course content — videos, workbooks, templates, prompts, frameworks, and recordings — is owned by the Company and protected by copyright. You may not share your login, redistribute, resell, publish, or upload the content anywhere (including private communities, file-sharing services, or AI training datasets), or use it to create a competing course or product. We may revoke access without refund in case of material breach of this Section, after notice where practicable.

06 Student Conduct & Community

If a community space or live workshops are included: be professional; no harassment, spam, self-promotion beyond designated spaces, or sharing of other students' information. We may remove from community spaces, without refund of the Course, anyone whose conduct materially disrupts the experience of others — course content access is not affected unless Section 05 is also breached.

07 No Professional Advice

The Course provides general education about Amazon selling and AI optimization. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and nothing in it is tailored to your specific situation. Product claims, regulatory compliance (especially in supplements, health, beauty, and food), and business decisions remain your sole responsibility; consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

08 Earnings Disclaimer (FTC)

Please read this section carefully. We take it as seriously as the FTC does.

No earnings claims. We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any money, achieve any ranking, obtain any level of AI recommendation, or attain any particular result by purchasing or completing the Course. Nothing on the sales page, in the Course, in emails, or in workshops is a promise or projection of earnings.

Results shown are not typical. Any examples, case studies, screenshots, student results, or figures we share (including our own results or research statistics such as Recommendation Share measurements) are illustrations of what specific sellers achieved in specific circumstances. They are exceptional results, are not typical, and are not a promise of what you will achieve. We do not track and cannot verify the results of every student, and the typical purchaser of an educational product of this kind may make little or no money from applying it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Scalerify Management LLC is an independent company, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Completion of the Course confers no certification or status recognized by Amazon.

11 Changes, Governing Law & General

We may update these Terms for future enrollments; the version in force at your purchase governs your enrollment, except that we may update Sections 05–06 (conduct and sharing) with notice, as needed to protect the Course and its students. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Course.
